Service catalogue
The service catalogue enables a quick and efficient configuration of the whole system from a single menu. Services in the system comprise a tree structure, which logically expresses relationships and links among them. The user can thus quickly and intuitively assign their request without needing help from the project team, ultimately also accelerating the request handling.
From the system administrator point of view, the service catalogue offers a single point from which they can manage handlers of different services, appointed times for request handling, approval processes, contents of fields and optional fields for different services.
API features
A well documented programming interface considerably facilitates system integration particularly in larger companies, which use automated systems for checking critical areas of their activity. From the user point of view, implementation of the API features is primarily a step towards abandoning the browser and the ability to enter and handle requests using add-ins for other applications, or mobile devices.
Technology
The AuditPro ServiceDesk system is built over the Microsoft .NET 4.0 technology, and typically uses Microsoft SQL Server, being a database engine. The combination of these two elements is a prerequisite for constructing a system with rapid response to user input.
Multilingual
Thanks to using the Microsoft .NET technology, the system can now be operated in the Czech, English, Polish, Hungarian and Russian languages. The languages can be switched freely, and each user can have the language set independently of others.
